A native of Colorado, he relocated to Sierra Vista to provide Big City Discounts and Small Town Friendly Service in the desert southwest. Frank and his wife moved to Sierra Vista in 2007 to bring his 26 years of retail automotive and 8 years of CPA experiences to Lawley Automotive Group. He was previously from Florida with time spent in Alabama and Georgia. He is our Chief Financial Officer and his previous positions in the automotive industry have been controller, CFO, or F & I manager. He is involved in the Sierra Vista community as a board member of both the Sierra Vista Area Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Sierra Vista. He also serves on the advisory board of the Better Business Bureau. "This business is all about relationships."

Bob Santa Maria is an Arizonan and a third generation car man, having followed in his father and his grandfather's footsteps. From a young age, he has worked in every facet of dealership operations, from lot porter to master technician, parts, sales, and ultimately operations management. Bob's most recent accomplishment was turning a Yuma Toyota dealership around to achieve President's Award status in just two years. We are pleased to welcome Bob, his wife, and their two sons to the Lawley Automotive Group of dealerships and to Sierra Vista. These outdoor and sports enthusiasts love the weather and the small town feel of Cochise County, and appreciate the close proximity to their family in Phoenix. Bob calls himself a "huge car buff" so you will be seeing a lot of him, and even some of his own collectibles, at our local car shows.

Nikki grew up in Minnesota and moved to the sunny desert southwest in 1987 where she graduated from a local high school. In 1998 she returned to the area and was hired as the cashier at our Honda dealership. Through the years, Nikki has moved through various clerical positions at the Lawley Group, to include contracts, titles, billing, and she now supervises those positions and keeps our business offices running smoothly. When she’s not baking or gardening, Nikki enjoys camping, hiking, ATV’ing and water sports.

In the late 80's, Paul began his automotive career in Denver, Colorado, washing cars with his friend, Sean Lawley. He went on to earn his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, relocated to Arizona, and has worked with Lawley Sierra Vista since 2000. Paul is an avid outdoorsman and believes that Ford products are the best suited to match his insatiable pursuit of vast, blue skies, mountain trails, and fresh, clean air. He is very proud to represent Ford Motor Company products and their standard for excellence in both the sales and service arenas. In December 2010, Paul moved to Silver City, New Mexico to head up our Silver City operations which, in addition to Ford, include Toyota, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Ram.

Bill grew up in New Jersey and moved to Arizona with his family in 1972 to get away from the cold. He attended high school in Tucson where he met his wife of 32 years. Bill started in the car business in 1981 in Tucson and has worked in every sales position throughout his career. Bill and his wife have raised 2 boys with one having already graduated from Arizona State University and the other graduating in 2012. Bill believes that taking care of customer needs is first and foremost in creating a long and happy relationship. In his off time, he enjoys fishing, bowling and watching football.

Originally from San Diego, Brian has been in the Sierra Vista area since the early 1990’s and as of 2013 he has over a decade of car biz experience. Cory was promoted to Parts Director for all the Sierra Vista Lawley dealerships in 2012. He has capable and friendly staff to take care of all your automotive parts needs. Cory moved to Sierra Vista in 1968 and graduated from Buena High School. He spent 3 years at the University of Arizona (Go Wildcats!) before joining the Army Reserves as an X-Ray Technician. In 1983, Cory entered the automotive field, working for Culiver Motor Company and then Brooks Automotive Headquarters, both former local dealerships. Two years later he became a Parts Manager and in 1995 he joined the Lawley team when Sean opened his first dealership here. He has experience managing all areas of Fixed Operations and he enthusiastically shares his decades of knowledge with his Cochise College tech students. Cory is the father of 4 children, all Sierra Vista natives, and he enjoys the outdoors, sports, and his church. When he’s not cheering for the Rams, the Cardinals or the Suns, Cory works out almost every day... almost on Mondays... almost on Tuesdays... almost on Wednesdays…

Tom is a graduate of Arizona State University with double majors, earning a Bachelor of Science in Operations System Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with an Italian minor. He helped finance his college education by selling Bibles door-to-door with Thomas Nelson for five summers. After graduating college in 1995, Tom relocated to Sierra Vista to learn the automotive industry, as well as to help his brother, Sean, acclimate to Arizona. In his free time, Tom enjoys ski vacations in Colorado, world travel, and just spending time with his wife and son doing anything that they enjoy! Although he may have been “born into the car business”, through the years Tom has embraced the automotive industry and gets great satisfaction in selling and helping people fulfill their dreams.

Elmore Martin has lived in Sierra Vista since 1982. He enjoys body building and spending time with his beautiful family. Beginning his career with Lawley Automotive as a Courtesy Driver and Lot Attendant, Elmore moved over into the Detail Department and worked his way to becoming a Sales Consultant. After a brief absence, Elmore returned in 2012 as a Sales Manager at the Lawley Automotive Center. His father is a preacher at New Hope House of Prayer and is also a Military Veteran. One thing Elmore was taught growing up was to "treat people the way you want them to treat you", and Elmore vows that's what you will experience when you meet him.

The son of a United States Army N.C.O., Nate was born in Maine but grew up all over the United States and Germany. His father to this day still serves our country, working for the government on Fort Huachuca. During his childhood, Nate went to school in Maine, Texas, Arizona and 5 different cities in Germany before graduating from Buena High School in 1998. Nate has strong work ethics and believes that customer satisfaction is the most important thing he can offer to our customers. As much as he loves his work, in his leisure time Nate enjoys spending time with family and traveling. His philosophy... "family always comes first."

Art Juarez started selling cars in August of 2005 and realized he was pretty good at it. Two years later he was promoted to offsite Sales Manager, organizing and managing off-site sales and promotions. Six months later, he transitioned into finance and enjoys helping customers achieve peace of mind by guiding them through the finance process. Outside of work, Art enjoys promoting and operating his father’s sand drag race track (DomeValleyRaceway.com) in Yuma, AZ. Raised in Nashville, Tennessee, Allen moved to California in 1988 where he begin his career in the automotive business and married Sandie. They followed her parents to Cochise County in 1990 where Allen has maintained employment in the auto business ever since. His oldest of three children graduated from the University of Arizona in 2011, his second child has been attending Colorado State and his son graduated from Cienega High School in Vail in 2012. Randy was born in the Province of New Brunswick Canada. He joined the military at age 21 for Electrical/Mechanical Engineer and spent 11 years and 6 tours between Cambodia, Kuwait, Bosnia and the Middle East. Randy retired October 1998 to join General Motors Diesel Division as a field engineer support to LAV (military vehicles). The Saudi Arabia LAV’s first test engineer location was in Yuma AZ at the Yuma Proving Ground where Randy directed five test sites in the US; the headquarters were in London Ontario Canada. Randy met his wife Tiffani in Yuma, transferred to General Motors Defense, and the couple relocated to Ft. Lewis, Washington, where his sons Randal and Ryder were born in 2001 and 2004. Randy later joined Rush Peterbilt as General Manager in El Centro California, helped open a new Peterbilt dealership in Yuma, AZ, in 2008, and then joined the Lawley Automotive Group in December 2012. His hobbies include bike riding, softball, fishing & hunting with his boys.
